Your statutory rights
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please email us at contact@q10health.com with your order number.
How to return an item
To start a return, please email contact@q10health.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and the address to send your items to.
Items must be returned in their original condition. For hygiene and food safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened pouches under our 14-day statutory return period. Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers opened products and reflects our confidence in the product.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
For 30-day money-back guarantee claims, no return is required — we'll process your refund directly upon receiving your email.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, please email us at contact@q10health.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Subscriptions
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing contact@q10health.com. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment.
