Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Shipping options and costs

Free standard shipping on all orders. Orders are dispatched via tracked Royal Mail or a comparable courier service.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders are fulfilled on a first-in, first-out basis.

Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends, or on UK public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Estimated delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.

Delays

We do everything we can to dispatch within our stated timeframe, but occasionally delays happen — particularly during peak periods or due to courier issues outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, please email contact@q10health.com and we'll look into it immediately.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping costs may apply).

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of being dispatched, contact us at contact@q10health.com and we'll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
