Cancellation policy

About your subscription

When you choose Subscribe & Save at checkout, you enter into a recurring purchase agreement. Your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency you select — typically every 4 weeks — until you pause or cancel it.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no fees and no minimum commitment. There are three ways to do it:

  1. Through your account: log in at q10health.com, go to "My Subscription", and select "Cancel".
  2. By email: send a cancellation request to contact@q10health.com from the email address linked to your subscription.
  3. By replying to any subscription email: reply with "Cancel" and we'll process it within 1 business day.

How to pause or skip

You don't have to cancel to take a break. From your account, you can:

  • Skip the next delivery
  • Pause for up to 3 months
  • Change frequency to every 8 or 12 weeks

Renewal reminders

We'll send you a reminder email 3 days before each subscription renewal. If you want to make changes, do so before the renewal processes.

After cancellation

If you cancel after a renewal has been charged but before it has been dispatched, please contact us at contact@q10health.com — we may be able to refund the order.

Once an order has been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
